Music @ Boston Court Fall Music Series features a Hollywood-inspired staging of the classic, one-woman opera “La Voix Humaine (The Human Voice),” based on the play by Jean Cocteau, at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 general, $20 for students and seniors.
The Theatre @ Boston Court presents the play “Seven Spots on the Sun,” a fable of revenge and redemption, as the people of a Latin American village reel from a devastating civil war while a mysterious plague ravages the town’s children, opening with previews at 8 p.m. and continuing through Nov. 1. Preview tickets are $17. Regular performance tickets are $34 general, $29 for seniors and students. Call or visit the Web site for show times and dates.
Music @ Boston Court presents “Attraverso il Mare” (“Across the Sea”), a multi-cultural, multi-genre concert of music, poetry and visual art, featuring Paolo Cavallone, Luciano Chessa, Joe Lo Piccolo and Jason Barabba, starting with a pre-show discussion with the artists at 7:15 p.m. followed by the concert at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 general, $20 for students and seniors.
Red Hen Press presents readings by Sean Bernard and Jessica Piazza, with a performance of Nicelle Davis' two-act play, "Caliban," from 7 to 8 p.m. Admission is $10, Student and Senior Admission is $5.
