Fair Use Footage in Documentary Films

Doculink, an online all-volunteer, grassroots network more than 3,000 documentary filmmakers around the world, hosts a discussion of Fair Use Footage in documentary filmmaking with attorney Art Neill of New Media Rights. Fair Use is a legal use of copyrighted images, by people who have not obtained permission. Neill is the founder of New Media Rights, a non-profit, independently funded program of California Western School of Law The event is free and sponsored by the Glendale Library, Arts & Culture Department.
