After finishing third in last week's primary race for Seat 4 on the Pasadena Board of Education with 12.8 percent of the vote, Milena Albert has decided to throw her support behind incumbent Bill Bibbiani.
Despite some differences with Bibbiani, who faces restaurateur and longtime education activist Bob Harrison in the April 17 runoff elections, “his experience and competence in administration of PUSD are necessary for a well-balanced and effective composition of a new school board and the arrival of the new superintendent,” Albert wrote Tuesday in an email to the Weekly.
Later on Tuesday, fourth-place finisher George Lewis also endorsed Bibbiani.
