Nullification ... Also, a state's right to monitor and enforce its own laws. Basically, making it illegal for the Feds to enforce a disconnected national law upon a predominately local issue.

If Sacramento passes a law mandating that Federal law enforcers MUST be escorted by local law-enforcers regarding Federal drug-enforcement policy, somebody can always have a heads-up regarding any stupid Federal drug-bust.

The only thing that the Feds have become good for is enforcing IRS collections, so that they can continue living their most comfortable life styles. Oh yeah ... the Federal government is also great at initiating criminal wars that WE have to pay for.

Does ANYBODY still think that Iraq is better off without Saddam Hussein, now that it just has Barack Hussein (O)?

Meanwhile, the Count goes on.
