You know, Dick Cheney or Vladimer Putin visit the City of Roses for some Sister-City BS or NRA shoot-your-lawyer event, and of course, JUST LIKE ITS LEADERS, city hall guests shouldn't have to put up with the punitive tax hassles of which Pasadena's peasant working class must suffer.
