4,124 members of the American military have been killed in Iraq — more than half of them before reaching their 25th birthday — reported CNN.


$538.9 billion has been spent so far on the war, according to the National Priorities Project.

homes could be powered by renewable electricity for 1 year for $318.4 million — Pasadena taxpayers’ share of approved Iraq War spending, also according
to NPP.


86,127 is the minimum number of civilian deaths due to violence in Iraq, including 7 killed Monday by a tractor bomb and 131 more than at last Count, according to iraqbodycount.net.  


217 journalists have been killed in Iraq, including an investigative reporter for a Kurdish magazine who was gunned down Monday, according to Reporters Without Borders.
