When Obama took over occupation of the White House from the previous junta, HE KNEW BEYOND ALL DOUBT that schit had been neglected (and even intentionally sabotaged) regarding how the government had been overseeing national environmental matters.
Instead, he sat for more than a year on his sticking straight up thumbs. Mr. Hussein KNEW that those govenment "watchdog" organizations (that he is now in charge of, and had been for over 12 months BEFORE the blowout disaster) ALL ACROSS the bureaucratic spectrum had been infiltrated by sexually perverted neo-cons who were more interested in watching porn than protecting America, yet, he's been letting stuff "accidently" happen anyway.
The inescapable conclusion? Obama IS GW Bush's boy, and he's been doing a better job of performing Dubya's third term than either goat-roaper boy or GHW ever could have.
