Business Name (FBN) Notice – also known as a DBA
If your business is located in Los
Angeles County, we can publish your FBN Notice
- Cost is $55 for the required 4 week run.
- Our price includes filing the Proof of Publication with
the LA County Clerk's office after your FBN has been published. This
document is required to complete the process.
- IMPORTANT: you
must begin publication of your notice within 30 days after the date you
filed your FBN. If more than 30 days have passed since you filed, you need
to refile your statement before we can publish
it.
- To get started: mail or fax the copy of the FBN
statement that you filed with the Registrar/Recorders office, to the
address below: We need a legible copy of the front and back of the
statement (showing the clerk’s purple stamp) as well as the cover sheet
with the bar code.
- Enclose a check or money order for $55 payable to PASADENA
WEEKLY.
- To pay by credit card, complete the credit card authorization form and fax it (don’t
email) to (626) 795-0149.
- Include your address, phone number and email or fax.
- Deadline is 6 p.m. Monday to submit your documents for publication on Thursday.
