Thackery and company have gained a reputation over the years as being one of the hardest working blues rock bands in America. The shows have been characterized as true crowd pleasers, as guitarist Thackery blasts out rocking riffs that leave audiences in awe. The formula has led the group to gigs at packed houses and festivals nationwide.

Thackery was a co-founder of the band the Nighthawks. He departed the group in 1987, went solo and has proven to be a true road warrior, playing more than 300 shows a year.

The guitarist took influences from some of the greats in the business, including Muddy Waters, with whom he’s performed.
