Author Joshua Pollock speaks Saturday at Ahiah Center for Spiritual Living

Joshua Pollock, author of the best-selling book “The Heartful Way,” will be at the Ahiah Center for Spiritual Living in Pasadena from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday for a morning of music, meditation and inspiration.

During the free event, Pollack, a professional violinist and a “Heartfulness” trainer, will be interviewed by Peter Bedard, author of “Convergence Healing.”

The event includes a special musical performance by harpist Jessica Brizuela, and will close with a guided group meditation by Pollock.

“The Heartfulness Way” became an international bestseller after its release in India earlier this year. It has been released in the United States. In it, Pollack describes how Heartfulness is an ideal, a spiritual way of living by and from the heart that is inclusive of all ideologies, beliefs and religions.

In this heart-centered book, a student in conversation with his teacher, Kamlesh D. Patel — affectionately known as Daaji, the fourth and current spiritual guide of the decades-old Heartfulness tradition — present a unique method of meditation with the power to facilitate an immediate, tangible spiritual experience, irrespective of your faith.

The Ahiah Center for Spiritual Living is at 150 N. El Molino Ave., Pasadena. For more information, email or
