The dog days of summer are already over but the heat we associate with this time of year, when the star Sirius makes its appearance in the pre-dawn sky, is showing no sign of abating. The logo says Central Grille was established in 2016. The earliest Yelp reports (from mid-February this year) indicate otherwise. But no matter, whenever the doors actually opened, Central Grille was primed for diners.
