Music superstar Jimmy Webb visits Levitt Pavilion Saturday night

Americana songwriting legend, composer and singer Jimmy Webb is responsible for some of the most notable hits of the late 20th century. Among many claims to fame, Webb wrote such hits as “By the Time I Get to Phoenix,” “Galveston” and “Wichita Lineman,” popularized by Glen Campbell, “Up, Up and Away,” and the soaring masterpiece, “MacArthur Park,” which became a hit for Richard Harris in the late 1960s.
