Grief is a powerful process we all must learn to move through. Whether fresh or derived from losses in the distant past, we are hard-wired to hold back our sadness and store the pain within. Sometimes, we carry too much or hold on for too long. Recognizing sadness as a source of rich emotional content, we can express it creatively and productively release the drain on our bodies and souls.
This workshop includes breathwork, drawing and writing exercises, but requires no experience in any of these modes of expression.
